• Possess excellent communication skills and confidently present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Comfortable following existing style guides or creating your own.
• Possess an impeccable attention to detail.
• Well-versed in social things - live, know and breathe the feeds (and what performs).
• Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working with diverse team members.
• Understands the importance of client satisfaction and delivers exceptional design solutions that meet their needs.

What you’ll bring

• Thorough understanding of the creative process
• Understanding of integrated campaigns, branding, animation, websites, banners, email, and social media deliverables
• Knowledge of visual hierarchy, graphic composition fundamentals and typography
• Thorough understanding of production processes for both online and offline design
• Ability to generate ideas and provide input within brainstorming or workshop environments
• Excellent proficiency with primary software packages — Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects concurrently
• Passion for digital technology, creativity and communication
• Strong working knowledge of responsive design and interactive communications
• Ability to demonstrate a clear vision of how the work addresses the client's challenge
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients
